The cookie consent banner is now a compact dark bottom bar in the site's monochrome style, with DESIGN.md toggles for the optional categories. Its Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy links, the auth and app footers and the sitemap point to /legal/privacy, a Privacy Policy with a cookie section that is marked as a draft pending legal review. /privacy stays the product page. The public site gains a skip link and, under 640 px, a disclosure menu for its section links. Portuguese pages declare lang="pt-BR", and anchor jumps no longer animate when Reduce Motion is on.
