# Site QA fixes

A monochrome cookie bar, a draft legal privacy and cookie policy at /legal/privacy, a mobile menu, a skip link, pt-BR as the page language and smooth scrolling that respects Reduce Motion.

The cookie consent banner is now a compact dark bottom bar in the site's monochrome style, with DESIGN.md toggles for the optional categories. Its Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy links, the auth and app footers and the sitemap point to `/legal/privacy`, a Privacy Policy with a cookie section that is marked as a draft pending legal review. `/privacy` stays the product page. The public site gains a skip link and, under 640 px, a disclosure menu for its section links. Portuguese pages declare `lang="pt-BR"`, and anchor jumps no longer animate when Reduce Motion is on.
