## Choose the owner first [#choose-the-owner-first]

Vehicles, their records and files belong to an Organization, the household. Account Preferences, Sessions and Entitlements belong to a User. A Thread belongs to both one User and one Organization. Follow these owners through the contract, authorization check, transaction and client query key.
